In Every Season.

In life, we will all go through the same seasons—just at different times. Through every season, we always have God. We have Him to cry to, rejoice with, praise, and even bring our anger, hurt, and every emotion we may feel. God does not run from us in our darkest moments; often, we are the ones who run from Him. Yet that was never His desire for us. He knows that when life becomes heavy, that is when we need Him the most.

Something I want you to understand is that every season will not be beautiful. You will not always understand what God is doing, and you will not always have everyone around you. In some seasons, you must sit with your pain and pray for God to carry you through. In other seasons, you will be standing in answered prayers and abundant blessings, rejoicing because God has made those prayers your reality.

Ecclesiastes 3 reminds us that there is a time for everything—a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance. God allows us to experience every season because each one has a purpose. Some seasons are meant to build us, while others are meant to repair us.

In every season, God is with us. He celebrates with us when life is good and comforts us when life feels unbearable. We must trust Him in both the good and the bad because He sees what we cannot. He sees beyond the physical and into the spiritual. Sometimes, we must go through the fire to learn how to endure the heat. In the end, God places us in situations we once prayed for—and often in blessings beyond what we could have imagined.

The same God who was with you in your good season is the same God who will be with you in your difficult season. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He does not change, and He does not look down on you when you are struggling. Instead, He stands beside you, strengthening you, encouraging you, and helping you make it through.

Praise Him in the difficult times just as much as you praise Him in the good times. The grace of God is the reason you are still here.

Let this be a reminder that no matter what season you are in, God is with you. If you are mourning today, God will make sure you dance again. If you are laughing today, know that there may come a time when you cry. But through every high and every low, never forget this truth:

HE IS WITH YOU.
