Rejection is something we aren’t too fond of, ForevaBlack family. None of us like being told “no”—and trust me, I completely understand. Rejection stings, but when God says “no,” it’s not to harm us—it’s to protect us and redirect us. In the moment, we might be upset because we didn’t get what we wanted, but down the line God reveals why that door had to close. Often, the very thing God rejected was something that would have hurt us, and because He loves us, He shields us from it.
Sometimes we want that job so badly, but God says no. We desire that relationship so deeply, but God says no. We’re eager for that house or car, but God whispers not yet. His “no” is never punishment—it’s preparation. God knows what we can’t see, and He will never hand us something we’re not ready for. Instead, He redirects us to His plan—and His plan will always be better than ours.
Romans 8:28 reminds us: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Even in rejection, God is working everything together for your good.
So, ForevaBlack family, remember this: rejection is protection, and redirection is love. You may not see it now, but you’ll understand later. Trust God in the “no’s” just as much as you trust Him in the “yes’s.” He has better, and He wants to guide you every step of the way.
I love you all, praise God when you’re rejected. Your time will come, and He will make it better than ever. Be blessed and encouraged!
